Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the goods or a third party (other than the carrier) you nominated took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will refund the amount to you no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and no additional fees will apply for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:

• Goods that were made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., expired goods).

• Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our discretion.

Returning the Goods:

We are not responsible for any goods that are damaged or lost during the return process. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable shipping service. Without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of return, we cannot issue a refund.
